“Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It’s about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire teammates and customers.” Robin S. Sharma
Leadership is not about any single individual. Everyone has the power to lead in their own personal way. PCI places a special focus on giving associates the resources to grow and be successful. When given that opportunity and support we can all contribute with our own styles of leadership. We know that the best investment we could ever make is in our team. We put forth such an effort in our trainings and development opportunities so as to give everyone the knowledge and support to be a great leader.
Whatever the level or position that you find yourself in you can expect to think differently about challenges presented. Instead of seeing setbacks, we see opportunities for improvement. We are all encouraged to share our opinions and solutions. “I am constantly reminded of my value which makes my appreciation for PCI and our leaders grow. This is what makes this company a great place to work,” says Brad Norcross, PCI associate.
Our associates have this growth mentality integrated and that is what becomes our driving force. Imagine a team of people who constantly show up, are proactive and strive to be the best versions of themselves. The quality of our team, a pledge for excellence and continuous improvement is what creates our business success. We all know we are a team of leaders who share a common vision to best serve our clients and create a positive impact within our community. What is your company’s take on leadership?
