We have found the broadcast email module to be highly customizable when it comes to email personalization. We are able to upload data that can be tightly integrated with the email content. This allows us to customize and personalize emails as needed. We are seeing higher response rates from these targeted emails and we hope to continue with this strategy.

Agents in Action/PeliCAN

We were looking for an online class agent tool much like one many of our volunteers used with their college alma maters. PCI's Agents in Action module has enabled us to facilitate and monitor the activities of our class agents as they work with their classmates on the school's Annual Fund efforts. The functionality of Agents in Action is intuitive for users (some agents who missed the formal training have trained themselves!) and the administrative aspects are equally user-friendly. Our agents are excited to be performing their tasks in an online setting with access to real-time data, and we as development professionals have been pleased with the results so far. It's been a great addition to our volunteer and fundraising programs.

In doing some event registration testing to see the new guest page things are looking pretty good. And now that the questions appear for the person actually attending the event and not for everyone, I modified our questions/responses accordingly. That was actually a nice enhancement. I had no idea it was on your slate to enhance. It was a nice surprise!

These emails save us postage and other overhead cost to process the registration. Instead of waiting for the confirmation in the mail, our alumni receive instant confirmation for popular events.
